Florida Dolphin Charters

Palm Beach offers great dolphin fishing.  Better know as mahi mahi, they  are one of the best tasting fish found in the ocean.  Off of Palm Beach, targeting Dolphin is best done from early fall till mid summer.  They start showing up in late October and early November, and are in great numbers by the middle of April.  Dolphin are a very aggressive fish, and can be caught by either trolling or live baiting.  Once hooked, they can put on a tremendous show, and are a very colorful fish while in the water.  If dolphin fishing is your fishing goal, it is best to allow for at least a three-quarter-day or full-day charter.  Many times these fish are well offshore which will require more time to locate them.
